Read-only evidence platform
Does the proposed additional load fit?
A site may have power available and still fall short on fuel, cooling, or obligations it already has to meet. Headroom checks a defined load proposal against the supplied evidence, showing what fits, what fails, and what needs another look.
A finding your team can examine.
Headroom is read-only software delivered through an analyst-assisted assessment. An analyst prepares authorized exports and supporting records. The responsible engineer confirms the applicable limits and assumptions. Headroom calculates the findings and shows the evidence behind them.
Separate methods. Separate findings.
Supported methods cover defined natural-gas or grid/battery/diesel arrangements, alongside compatible air, single-phase liquid, or mixed-cooling assessments. Power and resource findings remain separate from the cooling finding, so a passing check cannot hide a failure elsewhere. Each method has specific equipment and operating boundaries.
From constraint to next action.
The report identifies the constraint, explains why it matters, and points to the next engineering action. Controlled what-if assessments test supplied alternatives while preserving the original observations. Compatible site comparisons help reviewers see where the evidence is stronger and where more work is needed.
You receive a written finding with relevant limits, margins, source references, evidence gaps, and supporting calculations that customers, engineers, and investment reviewers can examine.
Documented software verification.
Headroom v2.0 has completed its documented software verification. Separate exercises using public ESIF measurements checked record processing, accounting, and selected thermal calculations; they did not establish actual ESIF spare capacity. Customer-site validation and qualified external engineering review remain outstanding. Review the methods and verification →
Headroom does not operate equipment or require control credentials. It is separate from Sinteag's control-system concepts.
The First Site Evaluation is complimentary, subject to suitable records and agreed scope. The initial inquiry needs only a high-level site question. Detailed records follow after scope, permission, and handling are agreed.
